Common Questions
How do I log food?
Just tap the chat tab and describe what you ate in plain language — "I had two scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast." Hearth's AI will identify the food, estimate the nutrition, and show you a confirmation card before logging anything.
How do I create or join a household?
Go to the Profile tab. You can create a new household or enter an invite code to join an existing one. Once you're in a household, you'll see shared nutrition data on the Today and History tabs.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." This permanently deletes your account and all personal data. If you're the household owner, ownership will be transferred to another member automatically.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to set a new password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Hearth and tap Cancel Subscription.
